Built on our own floor, not sub-contracted
Core, windings, tank and testing all happen at GIDC Sachin. It is the reason we can hold the BIS licence rather than buy in the parts that carry it.
Stage 01
Core & Coil
Core limbs stacked and clamped, windings dressed and braced before assembly.
Stage 02
Winding Assembly
HV and LV windings positioned onto the limbs and connected up by hand.
Stage 03
Final Assembly
Completed units mounted, terminated and prepared for routine testing.

A certified quality management system, plus a BIS licence to IS : 1180 under CML No. 7200106894 — the licence that lets us apply the ISI mark to what we build.
Tested in-house before dispatch
Routine testing happens at our own works, not at a third party. Every unit leaves with its test certificate set.
Repair, onsite maintenance & oil filtration
We support transformers after they ship — including units we did not build. Rewinding, site attendance and oil filtration are all in-house teams.
