Most transformer manufacturers stop at the gate. We repair, maintain and filter — including units built by somebody else — which is why a failed transformer does not have to become a replacement transformer.

01Transformer Manufacturing

Built from core to tank, under one roof

We manufacture distribution, power and dry-type transformers across the 11 kV to 66 kV range at our GIDC Sachin works. Core cutting, winding, assembly, tanking and testing all happen in-house, which is why we can hold a BIS licence to IS : 1180 rather than sub-contracting the parts that carry the certification.

02Transformer Repair & Rewinding

Failed units returned to service, not replaced

We repair and rewind transformers of all makes, not only our own. A failed unit is stripped, diagnosed and rebuilt with new windings where required, then re-tested to the same standard as a new build before it goes back to site.

What's included

  • Fault diagnosis and complete teardown inspection
  • HV and LV rewinding to original or uprated specification
  • Tank repair, gasket replacement and repainting
  • Post-repair routine testing before dispatch

03Onsite Maintenance

Our team at your substation

Scheduled and breakdown maintenance carried out at your site, so units that cannot be moved do not have to be. Our engineers travel with the tooling and instruments needed to inspect, service and recommission a transformer in place.

04Transformer Oil Filtration

Restore dielectric strength without a shutdown replacement

Transformer oil degrades with moisture, particulates and dissolved gas long before the unit itself fails. We filter and dehydrate oil onsite to restore its dielectric strength, which is the cheapest life-extension available on any transformer.

What's included

  • Onsite oil filtration and vacuum dehydration
  • Moisture and particulate removal
  • Dielectric strength (BDV) testing before and after
  • Oil top-up and complete oil replacement
