Our story
A transformer works, not a trader
Tula Trans Electricals was incorporated in 1988 with a single motto: to bring global standards to transformer manufacturing in the 11 kV to 66 kV range. That range has not changed in 38 years, and neither has the approach — everything that carries our name is built, wound and tested on our own floor.
From our works at GIDC Sachin, Surat, we manufacture oil-cooled distribution transformers, power transformers and dry-type units. We hold an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system and a BIS licence to IS : 1180 under CML No. 7200106894 — the licence that allows the ISI mark to go on the plate.
What distinguishes us from a pure manufacturer is what happens after dispatch. We repair and rewind transformers of any make, attend site for scheduled and breakdown maintenance, and filter transformer oil onsite to restore its dielectric strength. A unit that fails in the field does not have to be replaced, and it does not have to be ours for us to fix it.
